一种新型高频大功率超声振动辐射器

摘    要:利用机械振动体的三维耦合振动,研制了一种新型的高频大功率超声辐射器,即立方体型振动辐射器.从理论上推出了振子的频率方程,研究了纵振动与横振动之间的耦合关系;从耦合振动的角度得出了材料泊松系数的取值范围.实验表明,辐射器的频率设计值与测量值符合很好.由于纵横振动的强烈耦合,增大了声波辐射面积,改善了声匹配,提高了辐射器的辐射效率及声功率.

Abstract:New high frequency and power ultrasonic vibration radiators are developed using the coupled vibration of large dimensional ultrasonic vibration systems, that is the radiator of cube.The frequency equation is derived out theoretically and the relation between the longitudinal and lateral vibrations is analyzed. The range of Poisson's ratio of elastic materials is determined from the viewpoint of the coupled vibration. Because of the intense coupling be'tween the longitudinal and lateral vibrations, the radiator of cube has large sound radiating surface, and the acoustic match is improved greatly. Experiments show that the measured frequencies agree well with the calculated results, and the radiator of cube has the advantages of high radiation efficiency, large acoustic power and high frequency of sound.
