| 摘 要： | 提高本科毕业论文质量的逻辑出发点,应是实现高等教育的绩效。本文运用管理学、教育学、心理学、学习力及人力资源管理等理论,从绩效计划、绩效沟通、绩效评价诸方面对文科大学生毕业论文的绩效管理进行探讨,力求对提升毕业论文质量提出建设性意见。
