摘    要:结合钻孔灌注桩由于埋管引起的断桩事故的工程实际 ,提出了一种采用钢筋混凝土沉井基础作为外壁再进行灌注混凝土的断桩处理方法 ,承载力经验算满足设计要求。该方法不但可以很好地解决断桩问题 ,在施工结束后还可提高整桩承载力。实践证明 ,该方法切实可行 ,效果显著。

Abstract:Accidents of pile-breakage due to the failure of pipe which were buried around bored pile.According to the engineering practice,the article points out the method of using steel concrete immersion base for out-wall which is used to deal pile-breakage, then pouring out concrete. The calculation of bearing capacity satisfies the needs of design. The method not only resolves problems of pile-breakage, but also heightens the bearing capacity of pile after building. The practice is proved that the result of the method is obvious and workable.
