基于四轴联动立式加工中心的非圆齿轮滚齿系统

摘    要:非圆齿轮节曲线的曲率半径为变量,要求加工非圆齿轮时必须使刀具在切齿的同时,相对齿坯回转中心作特定规律的径向移动。在对数控滚切非圆齿轮所必需的4种控制运动进行分析计算的基础上,建立了基于四轴联动立式加工中心的非圆齿轮滚齿加工的联立数学模型,提出了在通用性较强的加工中心上滚切非圆齿轮的实施方案,为非圆齿轮的数控加工探索了一条新的途径。

Abstract:Noncircular gear driving has characteristics of both variational ratio of cam driving and gear precsion driving, so it is applied widely in various fields. Noncircular gear's curvature radius of pitch line has a character of variable parameter. When machining the (noncircular) gear, besides hob cutting, it also requires the workpiece's rotating axis center radially moving according to special requires. Based on the analysis and calculations for cutting (noncircular) gear,noncircular gear's cutting correlative mathematic model is set up for the 4-axis gang manipulative vertical machining and a new scheme for noncircular gear's cutting in universal machining center is presented.
