摘    要:基于ANSYS软件尺寸优化设计模块,采用零阶法与一阶法相结合,对跨度20m预应力活性粉末混凝土(Reactive Powder Concrete,简称RPC)低高度T梁进行尺寸优化;选取RPC和预应力钢绞线总造价为目标函数,以T梁最大主拉应力和最大挠度为约束条件,通过对T梁顶板厚度、底板厚度、腹板厚度和预应力钢绞线面积的优化,从而达到优化T梁材料用量,充分发挥RPC材料性能,最终降低T梁工程造价的目的。

Abstract:Based on optimization design module of ANSYS, with the use of Subproblem Approximation Method and First Order Optimization Method, the size of span 20 m prestressed RPC(Reactive powder concrete, short for RPC)T beam is optimized. Objective function is the total cost of RPC and prestress wire. State variables are the maximum principal tensile stress and the maximum compression stress. Design variables are the thickness of upper plate, bottom plate, and web plate of T beam and the cross-section area of prestress wire. As a result, with the mechanical property and material usage of T beam optimized, the total cost of RPC low-height T beam is reduced.
