摘    要:甲基硅油和聚氧化乙烯能明显提高高填充HDPE/Al(OH)3复合材料的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯等提高复合材料的缺口冲击强度,对断裂伸长率没有影响;聚乙烯蜡和环氧树脂降低了复合材料的缺口冲击强度,对断裂伸长率也没影响。用扫描电子显微镜初步探索了添加剂在高密度聚乙烯中的分散状况,并同HDPE/Al(OH)3/添加剂复合材料力学性能进行了关联。

Abstract:The influence of various additives on the mechanical properties of highly filled high density polyethylene (HDPE)/Al(OH) 3 composites were studied. Dimethyl silicone oil and poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) can increase the notched Izod impact strength and elongation at break of the HDPE/Al(OH) 3 composites to a great extent. The additives such as dioctyl phthalate (DOP), diocyl sebacate (DOS) and di isodecyl phthalate (DIDP) can increase the notched Izod impact strength of the composites, but have little effect on the elongation at break. The additives such as polyethylene wax and epoxy resin decrease the notched Izod impact strength of the composites and have little effect on the elongation at break either. The morphology of the additives in HDPE was observed using scanning electronic microscopy and related to the mechanical properties of the composites.
