摘    要:主轴是机床或仪器等精密机械的核心构件,它也是影响精度的主要因素,主轴系统的热变形对机械的工作精度影响也很大。根据一般主轴的工作情况和发热情况,借助于拉普拉斯方程,抽象出严格的数学边界条件,并用解析法描述和解决了轴系工作过程中所形成的非均匀稳定温度场,这对于精确求解和研究该类轴系的热变形是关键的一步。

Abstract:The principal axis is one of the key parts in machines,so its thermal deformation influences the working accuracy of machines deeply. In this paper, in view of the working condition of common principal axes and the exothermic situation, the uneven and steady temperature field of the principal axis system during the working process is described. With the aid of the Laplace equation and the accurate boundary condition, an analytical solution for the temperature field is presented, which is a key step for studying the thermal deformation of the principal axis system.
