| 摘 要： | 分析了工程招标代理机构如何在买卖双方信息不完全对称的情况下,以其专业性和信息化的特点为业主寻找到能提供质量优良、价格适中、服务上乘的产品和劳务的承包商;运用委托人-代理人理论和动态博奕模型,通过对委托招标成本与收益的比较,提出业主选择自行招标或委托招标的模式;对招标代理机构在实际工作中需要注意的几个问题提出了建议.

Analysis of tendering agent for construction engineering |

| Abstract: | Analyzed how tendering agent for construction (hereinafter called "tendering agent") find suitable contractor who can supply excellent quality products, moderate price and good service for owner, because of its advantages in specialization and information. Applying principle--agents theory, dynamic game theory and comparing the cost and benefit of agent bidding,provided a new mode for helping owner to choose self-bidding or agents bidding. For tendering agents, gave some suggestions to some questions that should be cautioned in practice. |
