反思性教学与外语教师的专业发展

摘    要:传统理念下的外语教师培养过于注重外在的"培训"与"教育",这种技术理性的教师培训模式已难以适应当今课程改革对外语师资发展的要求。教师专业发展是教师积极主动地自我协商和自我建构的动态过程。教师通过反思性教学,不断接受新知,促进自身的成长与发展。在这过程中,反思是教师成长和发展的内在动力源。

Abstract:It pays too much attention on the external "training" and "education" in the field of traditional teacher development,which has been difficult to accommodate to the requirement of new curriculum reform.Teachers’ professional development is a dynamic process of teachers’ active self consultation and self construction.Teachers study and develop through reflective teaching,and the reflection is the inner power source of their growth and development.
