摘    要:彩虹明樱蛤Moerella iridescens隶属双壳纲樱蛤科的软体动物,是浙江沿海传统的小型经济贝类。自1988年以来,我们对该蛤作了一些基础生物学方面的观察研究工作,在人工育苗试验中,我们注意到了培养该蛤浮游幼虫合理密度的问题,旨为今后的人工育苗积累必要的基础资料。在双壳类的人工育苗过程中,浮游幼虫培养密度的高低,直接影响着单位水体的出苗量,且与幼虫的成活率、附着率、生长速度等有一定的关系。浮游幼虫培养密度过高,会引起大

Abstract:Researches on the artificial rearing of larval Moerella iridescens were conducted in 1988 and 1990, when a relationship between the rearing density and larval survival and shell growth was noticed. Further investigation has shown that the optimum rearing density is about 30 individuals per ml for larval at the veligar stage and about 10 individuals per ml after the appearance of the larval umbo. This ensures a faster growth of larval shell and a higher larval survival rate. The paper also discusses the rearing density for artificially reared larval of some Bivalvia.
