钒酸铵对肝微粒体谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性影响

摘    要:研究钒酸铵对小白鼠肝微粒体中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的影响.采用钙沉淀法制备小白鼠肝微粒体,用GSH-PX试剂盒测定GSH-PX的活力.结果表明试验组与对照组相比,最小剂量组差异不显著(p>0.05),其余试验组差异均极显著(P<0.01),并且酶活性随着钒酸铵剂量的增大而降低.证明钒酸铵能降低小白鼠肝微粒体中GSH-PX的活性.

Abstract:To observe the effect of Ammonium metavanadate on GSH-PX of liver microsomal fraction in rats.The method of Calcium sediment was prepared for microsomal fraction of rats.The GSH-PX vitality was determined with GSH-PX reagent box.Results: Compared with control group,there was no significant difference of the min dosage group(p>0.05).But there were extremely significant difference of other experiment groups(p<0.01) with control group.And the GSH-PX vitality was reduced along with promoting dosage.Conclusion: GSH-PX vitality were reduce by Ammonium metavanadate.
