抗蚜威在黄瓜不同器官中的残留消解动态研究

摘    要:抗蚜威按90~150 g/hm 2商品推荐使用剂量进行田间试验,室内应用气相色谱法进行残留量分析检测.抗蚜威在黄瓜果实、叶片及茎杆中消失率分别在施药6 d、7 d、7 d后达到90%以上,其消解动态方程分别为Ct=1.184 5e-0.339 5t、Ct=8.627 7e-0.306 6t、Ct=6.808 2e-0.363 8t.半衰期为1.9~2.3 d.抗蚜威在黄瓜不同器官中的残留量随着时间延长而递减,符合一级反应动力学方程.

Abstract:The field experiment of pirimicarb was carried out according to the recommended working weight of 90~150 g/hm~2,and the gas-chromatography was used to test the residual weight.The result showed that the elimination coefficient of pirimicarb in cucumber fruits,leaves and stems was above 90% after drug delivery for 6 days,for 7 days and after 7 days.The degradation dynamic equations were C_t=(1.184 5)e~-0.339 5t,C_t=8.627 7e~(-0.306 6t),C_t=6.808 2e~(-0.363 8t) respectively.The half-life was 1.9~2.3 days.As time went on,the residual weight of pirimicarb in different organs of the cucumber decreased,which was in keeping with the first-order kinetic equation.
