城镇化水平综合测评与城镇用地分析

构建了一套城镇化水平综合测算的指标体系，把城镇化水平划分为人口城镇化水平、景观城镇化水平、经济城镇化水平、社会城镇化水平，采用多因素综合评价的方法，得到城镇化水平综合指数，对重庆市渝北区城镇化水平综合指数与城镇用地总规模、人均用地量、城镇用地效益进行相关分析，发现伴随城镇化综合水平的提高，城镇用地总规模不断扩大，人均城镇建设用地量有减少趋势，城镇建设用地经济效益有一定提高，据此对小城镇建设用地配置提出了建议。

Index System of Urbanization Composite Evaluation and Urban Land Use

This paper constructs a set of index system of composite evaluation of urbanization level which includes population urbanization level, sight urbanization level, economy urbanization level and society urbanization level and uses the method of multi-factored composite evaluation and gets the index of urbanization level. This paper draws that with the development of urbanization level, the area of urban land use is increasing, the scale of urban land per capita is decreasing and economy benefit is increasing from the correlation analysis between them. The results is applied to the practice of arrangement of urban land among towns.
