| Abstract: | One of basic aims of establishing the socialist market economic system is to enliven the state owned enterprises.External environments are not enough for the enlivenment,and internal reform of the state owned enterprises is a necessary coagent,whose crux is the degree of a clear ownership.Only when the ownership is established clearly can the role of an incentive and control mechanism be fully strengthened.The enterprise economy is a prerequisite of the market economy. |
