摘    要:一词多义是一种普遍的语言现象。—词多义现象在一定的意象图式的基础上,借助隐喻和转喻模式实现的,是由基本词义向其它词义的引申,而且多义词各义项之间相互关联。本文以red为例进行探讨。从认知语言学的角度研究一词多义现象不仅使我们对一词多义现象有了更深入的理解,同时对外语词汇教学有一定的启发作用。

A Cognitive Research of Polysemy
Abstract:Polysemy appears widely in every language. Polysemy is realized by the means of prototype and metaphor. And it expanded from the basic meaning to the extended meanings, with those extended meanings having close relations with each other. The article focuses on color world "red". To study ploysemy form the view of cognitive linguistics can not only help us to better understand polysemy, but also give us some inspirations in foreign language vocabular teaching.
