一种基于3D模型的工艺文件

大型模具往往形状复杂、质量要求高、价值昂贵。采用传统的工艺技术文件表达此类零件制造工艺，容易造成误读误判，不能适应企业对制造零缺陷的要求。本文提出了一种新的标准化的工艺技术文件——3D彩图工艺卡．把复杂零件的加工工艺过程用更为直观、严谨的方式表达，应用于大型模具制造过程，起到了良好的作用。

A New Process Document Based on 3D Model

Large mold often has complex shape, high quality, and high value. Using traditional technical document express the manufaetur process of this kind of part maybe cause the misunderstanding.It don＇t adjusts to the requirement of enterprise to make zero defects. This paper proposes a new standardized process technology files - 3D color process card.So,The manufactur process of complxe shapes part is expressed with a more audio-visual and more rigorous method. It is used in a large mold manufacturing process,and played a good role.
