金表面吖啶橙自组装膜制备及其对蛋白质测定

摘    要:借Au-S的作用,将半胱氨酸组装在金表面上,利用吖啶橙与半胱氨酸之间静电的作用,将荧光试剂吖啶橙间接组装于金表面,构建的AO/L-Cys/Au双层膜具有强的荧光信号.利用吖啶橙与蛋白质间的相互作用,引起膜表面荧光信号灵敏的变化测定蛋白质,对蛋白质检测下限为2.301×10~(-8)g/L.

Abstract:By chemical bonding of Au-S,L-Cysteine(L-Cys) was assembled onto the surface of gold to form a self-assembled bilayer.Fluorescent reagent Acridine Orange (AO) was indirectly assembled onto the gold surface via the electrostatic interaction between Acridine Orange and L-Cysteine (L-Cys) and the AO/L-Cys/Au self-assembled bilayers were constructed.This membrane had strong fluorescence signs.Because of the action between Bovine Serum Albumin and Acridine Orange,the fluorimetrical signs of membrane could be cha...
