摘    要:基于二阶段随机规划方法提出了一种制造/再制造集成物流网络优化设计模型,据此确定网络中各种设施的数量、位王及物流量分配,以使运营周期内的净收益最大。谊模型的特点是:考虑了制造/再制造混合系统中产品需求量和可回收废旧产品数量的不确定性;考虑了正向物流和逆向物流的设施集成与运输整合以及回收中心的处理技术配备问题。最后,通过一个算例验证了谊模型的有效性。

Abstract:An optimization model for designing integrated logistics networks in hybrid manufacturing/remanufacturing(systems)(HMRS) was proposed based on two-stage stochastic programming approach.According to the model,the number of various facilities,their locations and the allocation of the corresponding goods flows within the network can be decided(upon.) The objective is to maximize the net revenue over the operational period.The characteristics of the model are as(follows:) taking into account the uncertainty of the demanded quantities of products and the returnable quantities of used(products) in HMRS;considering the integration of facilities and combined transportation of forward logistics and reverse (logistics) as well as the equipment problem of processing technologies for return centers.Finally,an example was presented to demonstrate the validity of the model.
