摘    要:从自然水体中分离到一株光合细菌并对其进行鉴定.对光合细菌施加不同浓度Cu2+的影响进行了研究.从信阳市南湾水库大坝下层底泥取样,分离纯化到的红色菌株在显微镜下观察,及生化试验后初步鉴定为一株光合细菌.根据16SrRNA的保守序列设计的常用光合细菌引物.PCR扩增DNA片段大小约为400bp,挑选菌液测序.结果在BLAS...

Abstract:A stain of PSB was separated and identitied.The effects of treatment with Cu2+ of the PSB were analysised in this article.The water sample was gotten from the sediment of the dam of Nanwan reservoir in Xinyang,and taken to pure separate the red strain which is observed under the microscope,after biochemical confirmed to be a PSB.The common used PSB consensus primers were designed according to 16SrRNA consensus sequence.PCR amplification chip was estimated as 400 bp,and we pick the bacteria liquid to sequenc...
