摘    要:以某城市污水处理厂Obral氧化沟工艺为研究对象.用PCR-DGGE方法对工程启动阶段过程中微生物种群多样性变化情况分析.得出微生物多样性与SS,COD,NH4+-N,TP,污泥负荷的对应关系,结果表明:NH4+-N及进水有机负荷对微生物种群的影响最为明显.

Abstract:The Obral oxidation ditch process was studied in the municipal wastewater treatment plant.At the same time,polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE)was applied to analyze microbial community diversity in the activated sludge of start-up stage.The relation between microbial community diversity and water quality was obtained,analyzing SS,COD,Ammonia-Nitrogen,TP,sludge loading.The results showed that NH 4 +-N,sludge loading had great effect on the microbial community.
