| Abstract: | We summarized the principles and characteristics of different DNA molecular marker technologies,such as RFLP,RAPD,AFLP,SSR,SRAP,and introduced the applications of these technologies in crops'variety identification and purity testing.The prospects of the applications'development were proposed at the end of this paper. |
