| 摘 要： | 以柠檬苦素收率为评价指标,比较了正交实验设计法、均匀设计法和响应曲面法对柠檬苦素闪式提取工艺条件的优化效果.采用最优的闪式提取工艺结合结晶法,从广州新会柑种子中提取分离出柠檬苦素,并通过高效液相色谱检测其纯度.结果表明:获得的柠檬苦素纯度达95％；3种优化方法结果相近,其中响应曲面法得到的最佳提取条件下的柠檬苦素收率最...
