| 摘 要： | 采用化学发光法对蜂蜜中金霉素残留含量进行测定.结果:NaIO4为0.05 mol/L,H2O2为0.03 mol/L时,相对发光值△I与金霉素在相对低浓度0～8×10-7 g/mL和相对高浓度10×10-7～100×10-7g/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,相对标准偏差为2.12％,平均回收率为96.2％和97.6％.该法...

| Abstract: | A method for determination on chlortetracycline residues in honey by chemiluminescence analysis.results :when the concentration of NaIO 4 was 0.05 mol/L,H 2 O 2 concentration of 0.03 mol/L,RLU and chlortetracycline at relatively low concentrations of 0～8×10-7 g /mL and a relatively high concentration of 10×10-7 ～100×10-7 g /mL range showed good linear relationship,the relative standard deviation is 2.12 %,the average recovery rate was 96.2 % and 97.6 %.This method is rapid,simple,accurate and reliable. |
