内燃机缸套-活塞环磨合动力学模型研究

摘    要:文章从混合润滑和磨合动力学的角度出发,基于平均Reynolds方程和G-T微凸体接触模型,研究了表面粗糙度对内燃机缸套-活塞环磨合期内润滑状态的影响,分析了缸套-活塞环摩擦副混合润滑效应;建立了关于内燃机缸套-活塞环摩擦学系统磨合动力学模型。文中还结合EQ6100型汽油机的实例,探讨了各种参数对磨合的影响效果。

Abstract:The two dimensional average Reynolds equation and GreenwoodTripp model are applied to examine the problem of mixed lubrication and dynamic wear. Studied are the tribology of system for cylinder pistion ring and the effect of surface roughness. Parameters governing the operation of EQ6100 engine are analyzed. The friction loss power of tribo pairs of cylinder piston ring in EQ6100 engine is calculated and the influencing factors of friction power loss are also discussed. It is found that the tribo pairs of cylinder piston ring is working under mixed lubrication condition.
