| 摘 要： | 对４２例腹腔镜胆囊切除术术前Ｂ超、ＥＲＣＰ、口服胆囊造影结果与术中发现及手术难易度进行对比分析，结果显示，Ｂ超诊断准确度最高为９７．６％，对选择病例最有价值；ＥＲＣＰ能准确预测手术难度，显示胆囊三角解剖情况，，排队胆管结石，Ｂ超结合ＥＲＣＰ为术前检查最好方法。

| Abstract: | The results of 42 cases of abdominal ultrasound, 11 oral cholescystography, 6 ERCP and findings in LC was compared. Abdominal ultrasound was found to be an excellent technique. ERCP was capable of detecting unsuspected stones and to predict the difficulties of LC. Ab-dominal ultrasound with ERCP would be best method of examination before LC. |
