Brief Review on the History and Basic Experience of the Mind-Emancipation Principle since the Reform and Opening Policy

"Mind-Emancipation",as an ideological line adhered to and advocated by China Communist Party,has experienced several phases in its short but glorious history: in its first,or naissance phase exactly speaking,the line endured the white or black debates on its applicability,till it is widely accepted as rational,through the whole period of Cultural Revolution;then since the Reform and Opening policy got performed,the line has overcome variants of difficulties and finally turned into a consensus among people,and in the meantime it played an important role;the third phase demonstrated its tremendous power in guiding the developments of various new fields;at the last phase,equipped with new content at the new time,the line shall enjoy a promising future.In short words,the procedure of its growing,in spite of twists and glory,maintains both experience and lessons.
