无铅陶瓷釉上颜料的研制

摘    要:对无铅颜料的机理进行了探讨,并用含多种氧化物的熔剂取代了釉上颜料中的PbO,研制出的无铅颜料达到了ZBY24007-89,可用于网印陶瓷釉上花纸生产。

Abstract:The mechanism of lead free for ceramic pigment was investigated in this paper. The PbO of over-glaze pigment was taken place with flux for pigment containing oxies. The lead free ceramics pigment was developed in this paper which quality is up to ZBY24007-89, can be used in the production of decal paper ceramic ware.
