稳流量式变量泵——节流阀调速回路特性研究

摘    要:
本文从调速回路的基本原理出发,分析了稳流量式轴向变量柱塞泵的控制特性,建立了该回路的数学模型。并用方块图与反馈控制理论导出了这种调速回路速度刚性的数学表达式,估算了由负载引起的速度误差。文章最后指出有关速度刚性的表达式及其影响因素也适于用于其他型式的稳流量泵回路。虽然组合机用自驱式动力头已被淘汰,但作为其进给动力源的该调速回路,由于其速度刚性和效率均高,仍将有广泛的用途。

Abstract:
From fundamental principles of speed-regulating loop, this article analyzes control-characteristics of steady-flow axial variable plunger pump with pressure feedback, establishes a mathematical model for the loop. By block diagram and feedback-control principles expression is derived for speed-stiffness in the loop and speed error due to load calculated. Finally, pointed out is that the expression and its affecting factors hold true for other loops of steady-flow pumps. Although self-driving power head for combined machine tool has been obsolete, such typical speed-regulating loop as feed power supply still has a bright future due to its high speed-stiffness and efficiency.
