| 摘 要： | 1997年底爆发的亚洲金融危机使人们对造成危机的原因进行深刻反思，在金融自由化进程中，低效，乏力，甚至在某种程度上堪称混乱的银行监管制度无疑是诸多最终导致危机的内在原因之一，这里提出了东亚金融自由化进中银行监管制度的缺陷并提出解决问题的思路。
