摘    要:研究了多关节扫描仪从定标、数据采集、数据处理和显示到三维建模的全过程.在定标模块使用了遗传算法,从而提高了坐标测量的精度;在数据处理方面则实现了边采集边显示的人机交互方式,提高了测量点的可靠性;在三维构型方面,则使用了基于轮廓线的方法,从而提高了建模的质量.

Abstract:This paper describes the whole process of the multi joint type 3D scanner, including the calibrations of the parameters, data acquisition, data processing, displaying and 3D modeling. The genetic algorithm in calibrating the module was applied, which improved the precision of coordinate measurement. In the data processing module, the interaction between the man and the computer when sampling and displaying simultaneously were applied which improved the reliability of measurement. In the 3D reconstruction, the method based on contours was used to improve the quality of modeling.
