摘    要:针对粉煤灰中未燃炭含量过高不利于大规模综合利用的问题,采用全浮选流程对粉煤灰中未燃炭进行了浮选回收试验,探讨了影响粉煤灰中未燃炭浮选效果的主要因素,确定适宜的工艺条件.试验结果表明,采用该全浮选流程可以很好地提高粉煤灰中未燃炭的回厂,有效地降低粉煤灰中的碳含量.

Abstract:Aimed at solving the problem that high content of unburned carbon in fly ash is unfavourable to the comprehensive utilization on a large scale. The flow path with full flotation against the recovery of unburned carbon in fly ash is tested. The main factors affecting the result of flotation of unburned carbon in fly ash are also discussed. The appropriate process conditons are determined. The results show that the flow path with full flotation can greatly improve the recovery of unburned carbon in fly ash and efficiently decrease the carbon content in fly ash.
