海南省中小学体育教师培养问题的调查与分析

通过问卷、走访调查,文献资料和数理统计等方法对海南中小学体育教师培养工作现状进行了调查与分析.结果发现相当一部分中小学尚未完成体育师资进修培训计划;乡镇小学专职体育教师配备不足;部分体育教师学历程度达不到教学要求,科学文化素质偏低.究其原因,主要是教育主管部门对发展学校体育的政策落实不够,学校体育经费投入过少,乡镇学校体育教师待遇低.

Investigation and analysis of fostering P. E teachers in primary and middle schools of Hainan

Through questionaires, investigations, references and statistical data, we have investigated and analyzed the status quo of fostering P. E teachers in primary and middle schools of Hainan. The results show that most P. E teachers in primary and middle schools have not finished their studies in teachers' qualification training classes, and that P. E teachers are understaffed in country and township primary schools, thus being at a lower knowledge level and falling short of the P.E instruction target. The main causes are that the government pays less attention to the development of P.E in schools and invests less, and that P. E teachers are underpaid.
