摘    要:介绍以TI公司TMS320F2407数字信号处理器为核心的,矿用开关设备负荷检测和保护的设计,采用倍频锁相技术实现对工频的自动跟踪,DSP对采样后数据进行每周波多点数快速傅立叶计算,实时、准确、快速的得出电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数等电力参数,实现谐波分析和电力线路的保护等功能。单片机经双口RAM实现数据通信,采用I^2C总线组成管理电路。该电路具有电力参数显示,整定值设定,人——机对话等功能。给出装置的硬件电路以及系统软件流程。该装置提高了矿用开关保护的实时性和可靠性。

Abstract:This paper introduces a design of coal mine switch-disconnector TMS320F2407 produced by TI Corporation. It performs the function of automatic tracking from sampling frequency to fundamental frequency with frequency multimplication phase-locked technology. The DSP chip calculates the sampling with more samples per period FFT transformation. The power parameters such as voltage, current, active power, inactive power and active factor can be accurately and quickly caught in real-time and it can realize the function of harmonic analysis and electric power circuit protection. MCU adopts 2C bus to make up a peripheral manager circuit and communicate with DSP from dual port RAM. This circuit also has the function of displaying electrical parameters, sets setting and man-machine interaction etc. The system software flow chart and circuit diagrams are given in details. The device which has high real-time character improves the reliability of the switch-disconnector protection.
