摘    要:为了精确测定气体吸收动力学的数据 ,建立了一套采用计算机数据采集系统的实验装置 ,改进了数据采集软件。气体吸收压力数据的测定精度为 0 .0 5 %。测定了在石油化工、天然气净化和合成氨工业中常用的 N-甲基二乙醇胺(质量分数 32 .4 % ) +哌嗪 (2 .6 % )水溶液吸收 CO2 的动力学速度 ,并根据阻尼膜理论建立了相应的吸收动力学计算公式 ,可用于实际体系的吸收动力学计算

Abstract:Equipment to measure kinetic data for gas absorption was improved with a series of modifications including a computer data acquisition system and improved data acquisition software. The improvements significantly decrease the measurement error of the system pressure from 0.3% to 0.05%. Kinetic data was then measured for the absorption rate of a N methyl diethanol amine (MDEA) piperazine water carbon dioxide system, which is widely used in the petrochemical industry, natural gas purification and amine synthesis. An equation for the absorption rate was obtained using stagnant film theory which equation can be used in process simulations.
