摘    要:为解决船用螺旋桨铸造前的计算机工艺辅助设计问题,采用UG/Grip二次开发技术探讨螺旋桨铸造工艺模型的建立及虚拟测量的关键技术,实现桨叶导、随边及叶背、桨毂的缩尺和加工余量的正确处理,并实现了对桨叶三维型值点的虚拟测量,从而使螺旋桨工艺辅助设计过程变得更加方便、科学、准确.

Abstract:To resolve the problems occurred during the designing process of the cast model for marine propellers,this paper studied the key technologies of establishing the 3D cast model and virtual measurement of the model based on the UG/Grip platform.The model realizes the correct treatment of the machining allowance at the leading edge,trailing edge,the hub and on the back of the blade as well as the accurate virtual measurement,which makes the designing of cast model for marine propeller more convenient,scientifi...
