摘    要:报道一个用于昆虫外激素研究的简单快速气相色谱分析制备方法。用二氯甲烷在注射器内提取昆虫性外激素;提取物不经净化直接用非极性填充柱气相色谱分离;活性成分经一根Porapak Q吸附收集管收集;收集物再经极性填充柱气相色谱-质谱联机分离,并鉴定所收集的活性成分。结果证明了方法的可靠性。

Abstract:It presents a simple method was presented for the separation and preparation of insect pheromones at the nanogram level by using gas chromatography(GC). The pheromone was extracted from insect in a syringe with CH 2Cl 2;the extract was separated first on an OV-101+FFAP GC column and the active component was collected in a glass tube packed with porapak Q in the range of 5-200?ng. The eluate from the collecting tube was then separated again using a PEG20M column. To demonstrate the utility of this method, it studied the components of the female pine caterpillar moth (Dendrolimus punctatus Walker) sex pheromones which had been identified and synthesized. A GC mass spectrometer was used to characterize the structure of the sex pheromones from the eluate of the collecting tube. Results are comsistent with previous findings, demonstrating the usefulness of this method.
