| 摘 要： | 大学生的思想观念、政治观点和道德取向如何，直接关系到国家的前途和命运。当前，高校思想政治教育工作既有良好的条件，但也存在一些挑战。试从人的社会化过程受到的社会大环境、家庭教育、学校、同龄群体、大众传播媒体等因素的影响．来分析高校学生思想政治教育工作实效性不明显的原因，并讨论其提升的途径等很有必要。

| Abstract: | College student＇s thoughts, political opinions and morality has direct relationship to the future of our country. It enjoys good conditions at present, but there are some challenges too. This article try to analyse the reason for its inefficiency and discuss its upgrade measure though the fact that human＇s socializing process can be influenced by social circumstance, family education, fellow group, public media. |
