| 摘 要： | 通过用短暂时距内的平均预期最大值代替瞬时预期最大值的方法来得到风速峰值和阵风风速系数，并讨论了地表粗糙度、基本风速、桥面高度和时距对阵风风速系数的影响程度，最后给出了阵风风速系数的数值．

| Abstract: | The method of replacing the expected instantaneous maximum values by the expected drimum values averaged on the short time interval is used in this paper to get the peak wind speed and the gust wind Speed factor. The effects of terrain type, basic design wind speed, height of bridges and time interval are also discussed. The result of the gust wind speed factor is given in the end. |
