| Abstract: | As one of the ways of implementing consumers＇ rights, action of right is usually ignored for its high cost and inefficiency. The ignorance of right of actions is a kind of infringement of consumers＇ rights. The consumer legal action fund in Hong Kong is established to offer greater consumer access to legal remedies by providing financial support and legal assistance. The consumer legal action fund has its feasibility and referential significance in mainland to improve protecting system of consumer rights. |
