南京220kV电网南北分片运行分析

摘    要:在2005年夏季用电高峰到来之前,南京220 kV电网要完成分层分区规划的第一步——以长江为界,南北电网分片运行.以理论计算为基础,对比分析了南京220 kV电网架构变化前后存在的优缺点,得出结论:“南北电网分片运行”将大幅提高电网的供电能力及可靠性,能有效遏制系统短路电流,同时也指出了电网实际运行中可能存在的安全隐患.

Abstract:The South-North splitting operation,demarcated by the Yangtze River,of Nanjing 220 kV network,will have been completed by the arrival of crush load in the summer of 2005. In this paper the pros and cons of the splitting operation were investigated through theoretical calculations.The impact of 220 kV network topological changes was analyzed. The conclusion was the splitting operation would enhance service availability and reliability, and check short-circuit currents effectively.The author also pointed out the covert risks in the network operation should be cautioned against.
