煤炭企业薪酬制度改革浅析

摘    要:薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理中较为主要且较为敏感的管理环节之一,是物质激励的关键部分,也是目前现有经济状况下较为有效的激励方式.煤炭企业理想的薪酬制度应达到三个目的:第一是提供具有市场竞争力的薪酬,以吸引有才能的人;第二是确定组织内部的公平,合理确定企业内部各岗位的相对价值;第三是薪酬必须与工作绩效挂钩.

Abstract:Salary management is one of the important links in human resource management, a key part of material encouragement, is also an effective encouragement way on the present economic conditions.The ideal salary system for coal enterprises should reach three goals: one is providing competitive salary to attract the talents; the second is making internal organization impartially, and logically making the relative value of all position in the internal enterprise; the third is that the salary must be combined with work achievement to encourage employees in high salary.
