高校教师亚健康问题研究述评

摘    要:高校教师亚健康问题已经成为严重影响教师队伍健康发展的制约因素,应当引起教育管理部门以及公共卫生学、流行病学领域研究者的高度重视。通过对2010-2015年间有关高校教师亚健康问题研究文献的梳理分析,笔者发现虽然目前对高校教师亚健康问题的研究众多,但一些研究设计不科学,操作不规范,导致研究结果不准确,数据之间可比性不高。今后的研究方向应沿着严谨、规范的轨道,逐步形成权威的理论研究体系,制定出完善、科学的预防、诊断、治疗操作规程。

A Research Review on Sub-health of University Teachers
Abstract:University teachers’ sub-health problem has become the bottleneck that blocks the healthy development of teaching staff construction and education career, which should draw close attention from the whole society and various fields especially researchers of public hygiene and epidemiology. By the literature review on university teachers’ sub-health from 2010-2015, this paper found that though there are so many researches and studies about university teachers’ sub-health, but some researches and designs are not scientific, and research procedures are not standardized, which led to inaccurate results and a not high data comparison ratio. It is recommended that the future research should be more stan-dardized and gradually forms a more authentic theoretical research system and develops perfect and sci-entific operation rules of prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
