坐标测量机开放式运动控制器研究与开发

针对坐标测量机开环运动控制的不稳定问题,提出以运动控制芯片MCX314、CPLD、单片机C8051F320以及外围电路等构成新的运动控制器,实现坐标测量机各轴交流伺服电机的闭环控制.研究了C8051F320的固件程序的开发与USB协议的实现问题,实现上位机和主控电路进行USB通信,对基于MCX314寄存器操作的函数进行封装,并编制控制系统程序.在测量机上进行测试,结果表明:测量机各轴电机运动平稳、准确,实现坐标测量机所期望的稳定性.

Development of open-type motion controller of coordinate measuring machine

This paper put forwards a new motion controller consist of MCX314 IC,CPLD,Cygnal's MCU C8051F320,and peripheral circuit based on open loop motion controller of coordinate measurement machine (CMM),which has the unsteady problem.The new controller is closed in the loop.Study on the firmware development of C8051F320 and realization of USB Protocol,achieve USB communication between upper-machine (PC)and control circuit.Encapsulate the function based on MCX314 registers and program control system..Test results are given,every axis servo motor of CMM motion is stable and accurate,and reaches CMM's expected stability.
