摘    要:通过分析回转窑轴线检测的重要性,本文以虚拟仪器为核心控制超声波专用采集卡对回转窑轴线进行自动检测和数据处理,详细介绍了系统框图、硬件设计思路及组成、软件设计思路。

Abstract:By analyzing the importance of the revolving tubular kiln axis measuring,the paper,with virtual instrument LabVIEW for the core to control the special data acquisition card of supersonic wave to carry on the automatic examination and data processing to the axis of the evolving tubular kiln,introduce the system frame,the thought of hardware design and software design in detail.
