影响我国高校定向运动竞技水平因素的调查与分析

通过问卷调查,对影响我国高校定向运动竞技水平的诸多因素进行了调查与分析,探讨了制约定向运动在高校发展的主要因素.研究表明:高校定向运动员动机明确,体能训练与技能训练并重,训练时间符合高校的特点.但也暴露出教练员的业务水平不高、定向场地和地图不能完全满足训练需要、高校开设定向课程的不多等问题,建议通过各种方式提高教练员业务水平;教练员在训练中应侧重技能训练;采用多交流和多比赛解决场地与地图限制.
