| Abstract: | In this paper, the interests relation between the State and an enterprise is modelled as a principal-agent game and the effect of asymmetric information about the production potential of the enterprise on the interests of the State and the enterprise is analyzed. Using the method of finding functional optimum, the optimal single contract form and the optimal self-chosen linear contract form are determined. |
