贯叶连翘中金丝桃素分离工艺的研究

摘    要:利用大孔吸附树脂吸附法研究了金丝桃素的提取分离方法,结果表明,贯叶连翘醇提物用D101大孔吸附树脂吸附后,40%乙醇洗脱可以除去大量杂质,80%乙醇可以解吸吸附树脂柱上的金丝桃素,该方法操作简单,消耗低,产品中总金丝桃素含量可达2.13%,提取率为81.3%。

Abstract:The extraction and separation techniques of Hypericin from Hypericum perforatum L.were studied by using the D101 macroporous adsorptive resins.The results shown that after the alcoholic extracted sample of Hypericum perforatum L.was adsorpted by the D101 macroporous adsorptive resins.Large impurities of crude hypericin was removed by cleansing the resin with 40 % alcohol,and the hypericin from the macroporous adsorptive resins was desorbed by 80 % alcohol.This method is simple,easy to operate and low consumption.The total hypericin content of product is 2.13 % and the extraction rate is 81.3 %.
