内蒙古东部地区人才工作调查思考

摘    要:国以人兴、政以才治、事业兴衰、唯在得人。近年来,内蒙古东部地区紧紧围绕区域经济发展的战略,在人才队伍建设、发挥人才作用和创新人才工作机制方面进行了有益的探索,并取得了良好的成效。为了全面了解各盟市人才队伍的建设情况,分赴通辽市、兴安盟、呼伦贝尔市等地区开展实地调研活动,调查结果显示各盟市在人才培养、吸引和使用中采取了一些有效措施,但是也存在一定的问题,文章就此提出了可操作性较强的政策建议。

Abstract:The country encourages with person,political affairs punish with talent,the succession of our cause is in only person.In recent years,Inner Mongolia eastern regions has paid great attention to the strategy that regional economies develops,the aspect building,bringing the talented person effect and the talented person operming mechanism beinginnovative into play in talented person team has carried out the beneficial exploration,has got and fine effect.For the construction condition knowing every alliance city talented person team all round,area such as leaving for different Tongliao City、Xinganmeng、calling the ethics Bell city carries out the activity surveying on the spot,result demonstrates every alliance city having attracted and having adopted in usage a little effective measure in personnel training,but also existence the certain problem,article have submitted stronger policy of feasibility suggestion at this point.
