内蒙古东部地区人才工作调查思考

国以人兴、政以才治、事业兴衰、唯在得人。近年来,内蒙古东部地区紧紧围绕区域经济发展的战略,在人才队伍建设、发挥人才作用和创新人才工作机制方面进行了有益的探索,并取得了良好的成效。为了全面了解各盟市人才队伍的建设情况,分赴通辽市、兴安盟、呼伦贝尔市等地区开展实地调研活动,调查结果显示各盟市在人才培养、吸引和使用中采取了一些有效措施,但是也存在一定的问题,文章就此提出了可操作性较强的政策建议。
