| 摘 要： | 在我国各城市，每天都有大量的邮件在市邮政总局和各邮政支局之间转运，要编一组使总的路程最短的运输路线，这样的问题称之为市内邮件转运问题，由此提出了一种市内邮件转运问题的模型及其算法，并用此方法对我国某个大城市的市内邮件转运路线进行了编组，改进效果达8.7%。

| Abstract: | Everyday a lot of postal matters are delivered from the local post office to the branch post offices by vehicles in cities of China. It is required that the tot al distance traveled is to be minimized. It is called the local post tran sportation routes problem (LPTRP). A model of LPTRP and its algorithm is present, and have applied it to the organization of local post transportation routes for a big ci ty in China. The scheme have improved by 8.3 percent. |
