| 摘 要： | 概述了糖在植物代谢、生长、发育中的作用，总结了糖代谢相关反应及相关的酶：如尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶、蔗糖合成酶、转化酶、己糖激酶的亚细胞定位，酶学特性。论述了通过转基因等手段探知的这些相关酶的生物学作用。
